Our Training Philosophy
We primarily use SUPERSET Training method which incorporates weight loss and muscle size program. We always changes our training routine every session and our qualified trainers are assigned differently each training session. Training techniques include: Giant Set, Drop Sets, Compound Set, Negatives, Pre-Exhaust, Forced Reps, Rest/Pause, and Partial Reps.
