One- On- One Personal Training (1 Hour): Customized fitness program based on your fitness goal and health limitations.
Express Workout (30 minutes): Quick but effective personalized program based on your target fitness goal
Partner Training (1 Hour): Customized training with a friend or love ones with one fitness trainer at the same session. Good for added discipline, fun and motivation.
Sports Injuries, Myofascial Release, Kinesio Taping. Specialty includes the spine, pelvic, shoulder dysfunctions, orthopedic, trauma.
