Hey guys! I’m jumpstarting our Bench Gym Personal Training blog. This is Jon Ponce, personal trainer, nutritionist, and founder of Bench Gym Personal Training since 2003. I’m here to share my knowledge and insights on health & fitness as well as real-life client issues on anything personal training.
My education includes Personal Training and Nutrition Diploma from National Personal Training Institute in Virginia. In addition, my science & engineering degree from George Washington University in Washington DC will make this blog thought-provoking and informational at the same time.
